I am still a new business owner and learning so much as I go. Please give me 2-3 weeks to process the order from creation to delivery. If I have an inventory ready, I’ll ship it out within a week! When I first started researching clay art and charms, I underestimated the work behind each piece. It wasn’t until I started crafting them that I understood the meticulous process involved. The clay must be carefully conditioned for quality, each design skillfully crafted, cleaned repeatedly to remove any imperfections, and baked to set. After that, every piece is sanded, glazed with focus, and cleaned once more. Finally, each charm gets its unique finishing touches—chains, clips, and thoughtful packaging.
