I truly do my best to clean, buff, clean again, and glaze until my oxygen mask molds to my face, but sometimes dust dirt and minor imperfections may still show on the item. These handmade items are crafted with the intention of perfection, but holds the inevitable blemishes

REFUND POLICY

Each piece is crafted with care and dedication. While I don’t offer standard refunds, I’m committed to working with you to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If there are true quality issues, trust that I bothers me more than you. Thank you for understanding and supporting my art!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

I am still a new business owner and learning so much as I go. Please give me 2-3 weeks to process the order from creation to delivery. If I have an inventory ready, I’ll ship it out within a week! Once I quit my day job to live in this dream full time, I can promise more efficient turnaround. For now, thank you for supporting Blimmy Studio and for being so patient.

WHY SO EXPENSIVE?

When I first started researching clay art and charms, I underestimated the work behind each piece. It wasn’t until I started crafting them that I understood the meticulous process involved. The clay must be carefully conditioned for quality, each design skillfully crafted, cleaned repeatedly to remove any imperfections, and baked to set. After that, every piece is sanded, glazed with focus, and cleaned once more. Finally, each charm gets its unique finishing touches—chains, clips, and thoughtful packaging.


I hope you see these items as handmade art rather than just keychains or trinkets. Each piece is made with love and care, and I hope you love them, too!
